We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll sort it — simply and without hassle.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. We ask that items are returned in their original condition and packaging — unused and undamaged.

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described, we'll cover return shipping and resolve it immediately.

How to return an item

01 — Get in touch

Email us at support@shopdoloma.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

02 — Send it back

We'll confirm the return address and any next steps. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us. We'll confirm receipt as soon as it arrives.

03 — Get your refund

Once we've inspected the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

What can't be returned

We're unable to accept returns on items that are visibly used or damaged beyond normal inspection, or items returned after the 30-day window. If you're unsure whether your return qualifies, just reach out — we'd rather talk it through than have you stuck.
